Terms of Service

• Accounts are created via Google or GitHub OAuth — signing in opens the account, with no additional approval step.
• You are responsible for all use of the API keys under your account. A key's plaintext is visible only to you in the console; guard it like a password and never commit it to a repository or ship it in a client application.
• If a key leaks or the account behaves abnormally, revoke the key in the console and contact us immediately.

• Credit is granted at 1 : 20: every $1 topped up adds $20 of credit, and signing up grants $1 of credit.
• Calls deduct credit based on actual token consumption. Multipliers differ per model, input and output are counted separately, and the pricing page and console reflect the current rates.
• No monthly fee, no subscription threshold, no minimum spend — no calls, no charges. When credit runs out the API returns HTTP 429; top up at https://y-api.bestvirtualgoods.com/app/billing — access restores immediately and keys stay valid.
• Credit is a virtual metering unit usable only inside this service. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or treated as any currency or security.
• Once payment succeeds and credit arrives, refunds are generally not offered; duplicate charges or misstatements caused by system faults will be refunded to the original payment method or re-credited after verification.

You must not use the service to:

• Generate or distribute content that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other legitimate rights of others.
• Attack, probe, or reverse-engineer the service or its upstream providers, bypass metering or rate limits, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.
• Sell or rent your account or keys to third parties, or use the service to resell API access.
• Impersonate others, forge identities, or use someone else's account to obtain credit.

The accuracy and appropriateness of model output is determined by the upstream model. Review generated content before relying on it, and take responsibility for decisions based on it.

• The model catalog and prices may change as upstream providers adjust; the site pages and console reflect the current state.
• Upstream outages, network fluctuations, or maintenance may interrupt or delay the service. We do our best to recover but commit to no availability metric.
• We may throttle, suspend, or terminate abusive accounts without notice.

• Transactional notices — sign-up completion, balance alerts, billing: these are part of operating your account and are always sent while the corresponding preference is on.
• Product and campaign emails — new-model announcements and the like: on by default when you sign in, as described in the Privacy Policy. Every email footer links to a preferences page where you can turn them off anytime. Unsubscribing from campaign emails never turns off transactional notices, and vice versa.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption; our total liability for any single dispute is capped at the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the dispute.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or terminated, and any remaining credit is not refunded; a terminated user may not register again.

If these terms change, the effective date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
